Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, or use of our online form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form (Download Withdrawal Form) or our (Online Withdrawal Form) for this purpose. However, neither is mandatory. You are free to choose how you wish to withdraw. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided until the time you notify us of your withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the contract.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services if Host-Unlimited.de has fully performed the service, and execution began only after you expressly consented and confirmed that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
