We use server hardware that is suitable for each specific purpose and offers large performance reserves. Our server farm currently has several thousand CPU cores as well as several hundred terabytes of storage capacity.
The network connection of our colocation sites is designed with multiple redundancies. The connection to the internet has a bandwidth of more than 2 Tbit/s. Low latencies (pings) are maintained even during peak times.
All servers are connected to the internet redundantly via LACP with at least 2000 Mbit/s and up to 20 Gbit/s. The Juniper switches used provide at least 80 Gbit/s of uplink bandwidth.
Fault reports are processed and resolved by an on-site technician within just 1 hour of being received, around the clock. We always keep a stock of spare parts on hand.

Our external connectivity relies on high-performance peering connections and trusted IP transit partners, offering both high bandwidth and effective protection against DDoS attacks. The entire network, from the edge to our host systems, is designed for maximum availability, using redundancy protocols such as LACP and MC-LAG.
